Dirt turns into mud before even splash potion hits the dirt

I cant send any video cause it says the size of the video is too big as the administrator allows it.

I await an response.

It appears this bug is happening because you are simultaneously "using" the splash potion on the mud and throwing it. For this issue to be fixed, Mojang should prevent you from being able to right-click on dirt with a splash or lingering water bottle, requiring you to throw it.

Can someone work on this request or close it? Thanks.
