The fantasy texture fail to load most of its components from the main screen frames to most block textures to inventory icons fail to load. I have just uploaded my current maps to the new Minecraft beta. The previous beta game worked perfectly.

I meant Minecraft Preview, not beta.
I have looked for updates, re downloaded the texture but it was just the same.
You mentioned you had upgraded to the latest "beta". Please confirm that the Affected Version matches the version shown on the initial Minecraft screen and adjust if needed.
Have you also checked if there are any updates to the texture pack?
