Title screen showing no change to fantasy texture.

I have looked for updates, re downloaded the texture but it was just the same.
still no refund.my isp say my internet is perfect but street now offline. download link and refund take 10 minutes to resolve. iuse switch my xbox account is signed out daily and needs registration again. its not my son as on different isp. refund transaction email not received. ticket sent to Nintendo via app.
The game crashes when either chopping tree blocks or in combat. On loading the game and same world it loads the last save but may have items gained before the crash. It even duplicated a bed.
Invisible maps in the hand and frames. Invisible inventory arrow and item textbox background when arrow is over an item.
Makes exploring almost impossible so until this is sorted I'm not playing Minecraft.
It seems this issue with fantasy texture has been resolved in the latest update.
