  1. Place a water bucket in 1.21.130.20 Preview and 1.21.113 Hotfix

  2. Compare the opacity of the water

Observed Results:

The water is much more opaque in 1.21.130.20 Preview.

Expected Results:

Water in 1.21.130.20 Preview should have the same opacity it does in 1.21.113 Hotfix.
