Regardless of the in-game sensitivity option, the y-axis moves at an annoyingly fast rate compared to the x-axis making it incredibly difficult to be precise or navigate any world without inducing nausea. This has been an issue for years, judging by the repeat bug reports and zero action being done to actually resolve it.
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Set your in game sensitivity to any %
Step 2: Move your finger across the screen left and right about 2 inches and note how far you turn
Step 3: Move your finger across the screen up and down about 2 inches and note how much more sharply you look up and down in comparison to left and right.
Can something actually be done about this please, instead of just resolving posts that are duplicates of the original issue from long ago? It makes the android edition incredibly annoying to play, and should be much higher priority.

Yeah I had this suspicion too, what with aspect ratios and the like. Regardless of the cause it's an issue that has been ongoing for too long.

This might have something to do with the screen size. If you move your finger up two inches on the screen, it will have covered a larger % of the height, than if you move the same distance on the horizontal axis.
