Sorry for the late response, but yes this is still an issue.
Could not recreate bug on Windows 11 with a 3050 Ti.
Also couldn't recreate on an iPad with iPad OS 16. Both running 1.20.1
@Ghosted Try going into your main menu settings, going to video, and making sure that you didn’t set a frame rate limit. It for some reason sets your frame rate to half of the shown value.
Or as MADLAD said, disable V-Sync.

I’ve attached Defined PBR, but any resource pack that supports RTX should be affected.
It shouldn’t matter what pack you use, excluding Kelly’s RTX, Defined PBR, Lumen RTX.
So it looks like you are pointing out how the maps darken and lighten in some of your pictures. This is totally normal, and is due to light not going through the paper. As for the weird corner glitch you have, that is unusual.
