Texture Packs show Resource Pack Fallback when entering a world

A lot of these reports also include bugs from other reports too, including

Reflective and Shiny Blocks,

Light not propagating from lanterns

and the F-ed up chunks with their wierd lighting

same here. I have a world with a mcaddon that supports raytracing on my iphone. the mod worked fine until i updated to 1.19.20. obviously i’m not using raytracing but i keep getting a resource pack fallback message. 

Thanks for the additional information. It seems you are describing MCPE-113380. Right?

It's similar, but the thing is that this issue is occuring on packs that worked perfectly fine last version, with 16x textures. In ray-tracing's case, it is occuring with literally the same textures as the ones in the base game, with added ray tracing files. The packs worked last version, but then the update to 1.19.20 seems to break every pack, not just high res textures like that issue

All of these people had no issues before updating to 1.19,20. This also affects non-ray tracing packs too with the latest version per some reports

That report is a Ray Tracing Bug Report. This one now covers pretty much all packs

Actually I came across this message in 1.19.20 in Preview versions earlier (with PTX resource pack). I reduced the load on RAM and it seems that I began to receive these messages less (however, in 1.19.10 at that time there were no such problems).

You can also not to add comments to the report. It is enough to comment if you have new important information.

In general, it would be much more helpful to include a specific list of steps to reproduce the issue, including any specific packs used, rather than listing multiple sources of people who have the same issue. The following format is requested for effective bug reports:

Brief statement of the issue (1-2 sentences is usually enough).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. (list every step exactly, so someone else can reproduce the issue, and try following your list to make sure you can still reproduce the issue yourself)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft

2. Import a texture pack

3. Create a new world ( or edit an existing world)

4. Add one of the attached resource packs to the world.

5. Enter the world.

6. See the Resource Pack Fallback Error

Observed Results:

Low Memory. Textures will have a reduced level of detail.

Expected Results:
This pop-up should not appear.

I also get this error on high (ish) spec laptop Lenovo Legion 16gb w Geforce RTX 3060.
Main Point of comment is that I also get it on current preview 1.19.30.21

I also get this. 32gigs of ram and an RTX 3060 12G. Every texture pack, including vanilla, RTX on or off. Also getting dark squares that go away when you break a block in the square, but reappear when you walk away.

on my realm with addons the same error pops up and all the blocks from addons just dissapierer as there were no addons in the first place apaert from items

Just looking this issue up as I had the exact same problem.
Was fine with 1.19.11 or earlier RTX resource packs.

Miencraft for Android (1.19.20 stable) is also affected

Note: I noticed that packs that contain "blocks.json" where it is anchored in the code that textures from the default pack or other packs are used also lead to a fallback message.

Agree with above.  Been getting "limited resources" message on a very common Bedrock RTX pack that worked perfectly until the update came out.  I play PC along with my husband who plays on ps5 which isn't ray tracing (but packs give some boost...) and it also get limited resources message.  

Have turned off ray tracing for the time, turned off fog as it its not acting right removed fog completely from texture pack, and nothing helps.  RYzen 5 5600x, 32 gb Ram,3060 ti.  Ran smooth until 1.19.20.  

Doesn't even run close to 40 C so its on the update somewhere.  

@Legendary Creeper What do you mean by anchored in the code?

I've had this issue since before the 1.19.2 update. Resource pack fallback. Ryzen 7 with rtx 3080ti.
