Low quality texture

Hello I have 32 gb of ram in my pc and this add-on is in the minecraft server that I have and I get the following error: "Backup resource package. Insufficient memory. The textures will have a reduced quality" and it also happens to mine friends from ps4, ps5 and me from pc so I think it's a bug because the add on weighs 0.01 mb so I don't think it can affect that much.
