High VRAM Issue with Ray Tracing 16x16 Texture Pack

I hopped on to Minecraft today to play with ray tracing at max settings, I have an RTX 3080 with 10GB of VRAM and never had this issue prior to this update. I got an error bar that read something along the lines of "Resource Pack Fallback, Textures will have reduced level of detail." I then proceeded to get graphical issues that were just chunk sized lighting failures scattered around the chunks distance.
