When flying around in the world some chunks and areas in the ocean begin to render improperly when Ray Tracing is on. This error does not dissapear on approaching the area in close proximity.
Steps to Reproduce:
Enter any world with Ray Tracing on
(You can use this pack to test the issue)Make sure Render Clouds is on
Travel to an area of the world with any large body of water
Observed Results:
Some chunks and areas will render incorrectly, showing visible issues in water and alpha test block visuals. This only happens when Render Clouds is on.
Expected Results:
These areas should render properly, similarly to how all of the surrounding areas render. This would match the functionality seen before Preview 1.19.20.23.

I;m running a Ryzen 5 w/ a Nvidia 3060 ti and have the same type of views Ive tried adding and removing different packs and it just gets worse. This update "broke" RTX on bedrock .
This rendering bug is not limited to water, it occurs everywhere randomly. Seems to be related to sub chunks- blocks above and below the affected area render ok. Performing a block update in the area resolves the RTX rendering and vegetation issues. I'm attaching some screenshots showing the issue.
Things to note in the affected areas:
Incorrect dark lighting on surfaces of blocks touching the area.
A weird straight shadow line through the ground. It's in screen space, not world space. It moves with the viewer.
Vegetation textures in the area are sometimes opaque, including trees, grass, vines, etc.

Maybe it's related with a warning BUG called "low memory fallback: may reduce details of texture pack" which is started from version 1.19.20 when opening any RTX world with enough memory (DDR4-32GB RAM).
I can reproduce this in 1.19.73, but not in 1.19.80.23 Preview. Is anyone able to reproduce this in 1.19.80.23 Preview?
I have an update to this. It seems that this issue is occurring more often in 1.19.20
