[MCPE-16065] Singleplayer survival lag spikes when mining blocks, doesn't happen in creative or in multiplayer

on survival every 2-5 blocks i break the game lags.

And when i break 20 blocks the game lags so much it stops for like 10 seconds.

iOS version? Anything else taking up resources in the background? Does it do this when mining in a brand new creative flat world?

No other apps are open.
This only happens when playing survival.
No this does not happen in flat world and does not happen in creative.
