[MCPE-160731] Take damage every time when go through nether portal

when I create a world and enter the nether for the first time it doesn't seem like I take damage but when I reach the nether I always lose 3 hearts all of a sudden

This looks like MCPE-154888, which was reported fixed in 1.19.20. Can you confirm that you have updated to 1.19.20 and that the issue still occurs for you in that version?

yes it is version 1.19.20 since I update my minecraft whenever a new version arrives

if it's the same, it just gets worse... it's not because I entered the negatives anymore, but rather that when I enter the nether for the first time, it takes away 3 hearts and it doesn't appear that I was hurt
