[MCPE-160820] Village crops generate on netherrack/magma blocks when intersecting ruined portal

Encountered a newly generated village in 1.19.20 (snowy taiga) where crops generated on netherrack and magma blocks that were part of a ruined Nether portal that seems to have intersected the farm structure.

Approx coordinates: 148, 82, -940

This bug is specifically crops generating in netherrack. I am aware portals are supposed to generate in villages occasionally, but crops generating in netherrack and not farmland cannot possibly be the intended behavior.
