If a portal is spawned in the snowy biomes the portal is incomplete. seed -7205139552783622474 location -2220, 63, -2336 is missing about half of the portal and the treasure chest. I've seen this twice.

I tested the indicated seed and found out that the portal is generated correctly, but underground. This works as intended according to java report MC-216848.
