Ever since 1.19.20, I've had to reinstall Minecraft every time I want to play the game.
If I load Minecraft, the game will open fine. But my Microsoft Account appears to not load properly, as the character creator/dressing room forgets all of the skins that I have made. It also forgets that I have Minecoins sometimes, but I don't think it happens every time.
It's not just that, but multiplayer doesn't work properly, because the Servers tab just says "Coming Soon", and there are no servers to play. (Which sucks for me, because servers are my favourite thing to do.)
The only way to fix it is by deleting the game and installing it again. If you do that, the game will work fine... for one session. As soon as you close Minecraft, the game will now become glitched until you reinstall it again.
EXTRA INFORMATION
I play Minecraft a lot. My play history says that I've played it for over 2000 hours. (Yes, my parents are very proud.)
I have Minecraft as a Game Card, however my sister has it digitally and it happens for her too. (She is on Switch Lite with over 200 hours of play time.)
When Minecraft is glitched, the spot on the main menu where it would usually show my skin is just a buffering symbol.
