[MCPE-161014] Portal spawning coordinate issue

Going into nether and end puts us at the coordinates of the portals in the over world in each dimension. It's caused both of us to die multiple times due putting us in the void or spawning us over lava and has caused us to lose multiple sets of netherite armor
