Item text moves up when pointing to entities, even when the old interact button is not there

The item text over the hotbar, according to hud_screen.json, is supposed to move up only when the old interact button appears, but it also does that to entities.

How to reproduce:

1- Search for an entity on mobile

2- Move to any item

3- Point to the entity (easier using the crosshair mode)

Expected result:

The text does stays where it is, because the old interact button is not there

 Observed result:

It moves up, even though the old interact button is not there
