Item name position changes even action button doesn't show on some entities. This only affected by entity that can't interact by player.
Steps to Reproduce:
Have an item in your hotbar (enchanted item make disappear longer time)
Swipe the crosshair or swipe holding the circle if playing without crosshair to the entity (drowned for example)
Now pick the hotbar slot that you have item
Observed Results:
Item name position changes even action button doesn't show on some entities.
Expected Results:
Item name position shouldn't be changed, since action button doesn't show up on some entities
