Fishing against block does not bring loot to player

Description:
When you fish against a block and you catch the fish it does not go back to the player. When fishing in open water there seems to be no problem.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Obtain a fishing rod

2. Cast a rod until it is up against a block

3. When there is a fish try to reel it in
