Bees will keep getting stuck in the ceiling only when they're covered in pollen. They get stuck in slabs and full blocks. The only way to get them out without disassembling the greenhouse is by pulling them on leads, but sometimes they go back into the ceiling immediately instead of the hive.

In the screenshot, one bee is stuck on the chain and the other bee is stuck behind the first bee. We are tracking mobs in general getting stuck on blocks they should be able to pathfind around at MCPE-46805.
