[MCPE-161275] Neither the skins I have purchased, nor the free ones are available for me to switch to in any world/realm of mine. (I don't have access to my skins)

Everytime I load up minecraft on my PS4, I am unable to change my skin to any of my purchased or free ones. I have the choice to create a skin or pick the base Steve or ALex skins, but I cannot lick any other free one or any of my purchased ones.

Is it still an issue in the latest version? Please provide steps to reproduce the issue, expected and observed results. It will be easier to understand your issue.

Whenever I go to the "classic skins" tab of the dressing room, my skin packs do not load, they continue buffering without ever loading
