Marketplace item I used when it was included in Realms can't be downloaded or purchased

I downloaded and used some texture packs when they were included in Realms, but now that they aren't anymore I can't even buy them. It happens with all/most of the removed ones but I'm especially sad about the Mizuno Craft texture pack. Even the Minecraft Texture Update, which I think is free, doesn't work. They have been stuck in this Downloading phase for a long time now.

I've tried deleting them from the game settings, reopening Minecraft, updating, trying to apply the texture pack over and over, removed texture packs from my worlds, checked the game file folder on my pc.. Nothing works.
