[MCPE-161342] Loading character design and marketplace

This happening since the new update, the marketplace and character design is struggling to load sometimes on startup

The invalid session bug is some serious bullpoop if you ask me, it's the only major bug from 1.19.10 that wasn't patched out with 1.19.20: The patch that broke the game
