Step to reproduce:
Go to river or somewhere has much water and deep
Hold the place button to bridge
Bridge til where you can’t place the block on the bottom of the water
Expected result:
you can place the block more
Observed result:
placing block is interrupted

The issue seems to be that the continuous-bridging-while-looking-down technique showed in MCPE-119068 does not work over water.

Actually we have confirmed this issue at MCPE-163165, so I am resolving this report as a duplicate.
