As of recently Minecraft on the switch has been getting stuck on “Building Terrain” screen while loading. The screen will freeze and the green loading bar hasn’t filled even a little bit before this. I am able to manage worlds (I deleted every world on both switch accounts in case there was a corrupted save somewhere) and I deleted data and redownloaded the game (twice) All to no avail. Our Xbox Minecraft has worked as normal, seems it’s only the switch giving us issues. Yes, the game software is up to date.

Same problem here. It appears to happen to other players, as well - When you die in the game and then instead of respawning quit, then the game has a hard time re-loading back in (One or more websites I googled claim that it is an issue with the player data, since a player quitted when the health bar was "0").
