So when i open the game it does not show the classic loading screen but it starts flickering red and black. After a while it crashes. I don't know what to do....

Im using a windows 10 device and it wouldent open the game without it starting to flash black and red. I did turn off a setting in the minecraft launcher that keeps youre launcher opened when the game is running and that did fix the thing. A nother thing! Now I can open the game but my achievements woun't grant.....
