Tool names don't appear when the player is killed by another mob using it

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Rename a weapon;

2. Give it to a hostile humanoid mob, such as a zombie or husk;

3. Let it kill you using it.

Observed Results:
The regular death message is sent.

Expected Results:
The message mentions the named tool.
