[MCPE-162164] Minecart stops randomly while trying to move

I try to go forward on my minecart unstoppingly to get the "on a rail" achievement, but it stops randomly preventing me from getting it. It's a straight rail

This seems to be a relevant bug that has broken several of my farms that involve minecarts being moved because the minecart will just refuse to go past a certain block which seems completely random which block it happens on although I am on 1.21.
