[MCPE-162235] Minecraft stuck on panorama after putting on a resource pack

Minecraft is stuck on the panorama screen after putting on a resource pack. Restarting Minecraft or the computer doesn't fix anything. It has been stuck like this for 6 hours.

What is the name of the resource pack?

There were more resource packs. Raiyons Dynamic Light R, Better Bedrock v5 Patch v1.1, Better Blocks v1.1 for Better Bedrock, Particle Limiter v1.2 for Better Bedrock, Toggle Quick Loot v1.2 for Better Bedrock, Config for Better Bedrock.

I've never seen such a bug using multiple resource packs on Java Edition.
