[MCPE-162371] Vanila cape on bedrock

so i got vanila cape on java but not on bedrock and i bought both versions of minecraft before 6 june 2022 and the first one was bedrock in 2020 and java in 2021 in novembre and i still didnt get the cape on bedrock why?
