Not. There was only this drowned man but none, and he wasn't using a pitchfork either.

Possibly a skeleton up on the short shooting at you? The hits only do 1 damage. The video is also very choppy, so perhaps the drowned was hitting you but the visuals were desynced because of lag?

Has this ever happened to you again or was this a one-time thing?
