To whom it may concern,
Mojang. Please know that this skin glitch is ongoing. The marketplace loads but not the skin. I have made several attempts to fix it. It loads when wifi is Avalable. Although when i am acompanied by such internet output. The glitch persists to that of far and few between. Please note that the entire Options for skins are greyed, unavalable, and there are no arrows to merely select anything. I feel rather offput by this. Close to infrriated and belittled by this bug. Please fix it soon.

It sometimes happens when no internet connection also you need to press the avatar to select new one to be created
