If you haven't reset or cleared local saves I found a way to get the worlds.
Do not reset console or clear local saves until you copy the files.
I added ADV Files (full trust) and copied all of my worlds from the folder. I used a tutorial to find the files on the xbox. I copied them to a thumb drive that I had formatted on my pc. I then pasted the worlds into the minecraftworlds folder on my pc and my phone.
The worlds work perfectly on both the pc and the phone. I then created a realm and uploaded the worlds to the realm and then back to the Xbox. Now I have backups everywhere.
There is still a world sync issue to cloud, so basically no cloud saves until they fix the bug.
They are no longer using the old folder to store the world files on the xbox or there is an issue with it saving because I wanted to paste the worlds back into the packages folder I had previously gotten them from but it was no longer there maybe that's where the bug comes from?
