I tried a simple construction. I want to activate 2 pistons (one over another) with a redstone lamp. The lamp ist glowing but did not activate the 2nd piston. Its like the signal stops inside the lamp. See picture 1. If i draw a line of redstone from the first lamp it works. See picture 2. If i draw a line from the glowing 2nd lamp the redstone leaves inactive. The issue also occurs in other worlds. No ressource packs are active - only the default one.
This behavior also affects double pistons (extended pistons). Its like a general issue with restone signals.

i know. but this was possible before. like in this video (there are much more of this type). this one did not use redstone lights at all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZ2-DrZZ2Jo
The build in the video makes use of a Java Edition behavior known as “quasi-connectivity,” which allows a powered block such as the redstone lamp to activate certain components like pistons as if they were 2 blocks tall like a door. That behavior does not exist in Bedrock Edition. See MCPE-14664.
The upper lamp is powered by the Redstone Dust. This causes that lamp to Activate adjacent redstone components (lower lamp and piston to the side). However, activating those components does not send the activation signal or power to additional adjacent blocks (lower piston).
Otherwise, you could turn on a full stack of redstone lamps by just powering the top one.
