Purchased The Giant Dinosaur Adventure by Complycraft on 2nd October & every time I try to download it I get the same error message. Have tried on several iPads & get the same message about not enough space even though all have had ample. Have attached screenshot of the error message. Any help would be great my nephew is desperate to play this.

Hi, did you check the storage space avaliability in your iOS device as the error says? If yes, isthere enough space to download the update?

yes I checked all devices that I tried to download this on & all had ample space, I even deleted some stuff to create more space when it didn’t work the first time. All devices had different amounts of storage & the error message was exactly the same on each one.
