[MCPE-16294] Endermen are missing their mouths when aggravated

When an Enderman is upset It should have a mouth to show its anger instead its head just disconnects from its body.

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8), Android 5.1.1 MCPE 0.15.3.

Aggravate the Endermen by hitting them and they have their mouths back. Strange.

Just an update, It seems to only happen 10% of the time to me.

There is a similar problem that I was asked to upload to this ticket. Sometimes when an enderman is hurt a red rectangular prism shows up at tne base of the head, happens about the same amount of time.

It seems that going to the home screen with the game in the background can trigger this as well.
