[MCPE-163013] It will only connect with LAN and nothing else. Gives me the error Unable To Connect To World and all 5 of us made our own worlds and I even bought the monthly server deal thinking making a server would work

Please help me. Minecraft is such a good game but to be honest you guys have always been giving issues and I am upset. I wish to always support you guys, so please help me. I have spent over $100 with you guys and no success. So I bought 5 copys of minecraft Ps4 edition about 3 weeks ago and I am unable to join any of my friends world
