Observer may occasionally give two pulses instead of one

Sometimes when an observer block detects an update, it gives out two redstone pulses instead of only one. This can get annoying when trying to make redstone contraptions.

This issue is happening to me too, the observers send out more than one pulse when detecting block updates. They also update out of sync as you can see in the video or redstone and observers just really lag out the game even on an iPad Pro.

This is normal because when Redstone lamp turn on is an update and when it turns off is another update then the observer generate 2 pulses

the delay of lamp turning off is enough for the observer to detect another update. try this configuration: replace all lamp with dust then beside the dust your lamps.
