then you ride the saddled pig in the boat have a fishing rod then hold right click (Does not work in creative) look down at the boat while holding right click then wait a while then have the other person dismount the boat then you should have tped in the air somewhere or you could let the fishing rod break and glitch out the rod breaking does not seem to trigger the tp at all i have a video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dw5cEtZ8GY

Can you write the steps separately?
For example:
Place a boat, and put a saddled pig in the boat.
Have a friend get in the boat
Ride the pig with a fishing rod
It starts to get a bit confusing after that.
Also, I assume you mean a carrot on a stick, not a fishing rod, right?
