I had the Minecraft Bedrock Edition Founder cape, (The gold one), on Xbox One S. I later signed in on a windows 10 laptop, but my cape was missing. Along with that, the skin that had the cape equipped had reset to the default Steve. Please help to resolve this issue if possible.

Unfortunately, I do know that I logged into my old account due to the fact of my username being the same and my other 4 skins still being there but thank you for the help anyways.
