[MCPE-163081] Save games all corrupted

I updated the game with the 1.19.31 hot fix and loaded into the game. The game was in the process of loading and syncing when it crashed. This caused ALL of my save games to become corrupted and they fail to sync while loading into ANY of my save games with the pop-up being the same for all games as attached. I did not play the update and it seems to have ruined absolutely all of my progress in the game.

I tried to get help from customer service but they were completely unhelpful and recommended I post this as a bug. Please help, this needs to be addressed.

Whatever you do DO NOT clear local saves until you copy the world files to a thumb drive. Use ADV Files full trust to access the packet folder and copy those to any where but the Xbox for safe keeping until this bug sync issue is fixed. Load the worlds to pc or Android bedrock to test if you want. But save the files or you will definitely lose them like everyone else here.

The bug has something to do with the missing local state files that occur after installing the update. The local state files that exist are for the game before the update. Missing local state for the updated game causes sync issue and world loss.

I did every single troubleshoot step that Xbox support and minecraft support told me to do including local saves. However I do have a saves from this Xbox local option that does not erase after I clear it. Do you think my files could somehow still be in folders but just not being able to sync?
