While using the new touch controls, both the Left and Right Action Buttons could be used in order to tune and play a noteblock, while it should only be possible with the right click button as it is an interaction.
Steps to reproduce;
Place down a noteblock.
Enable the new touch controls for Android and iOS, on crosshair mode.
Use the Right Click Action button to Tune/Play the noteblock.
Then use the Left Click Action button to Play the noteblock.
Expected results:
Only the right-click button can be used to play Noteblock, nothing happens when using left click button.
Observed results:
Both buttons are able to play/tune the noteblock.
In the below video, Noteblock is compared to the Bell which can only be Played/Ringed using the right click and not left.

I agree, I think this is Works as Intended. Usually a left click changes the note, and a right click simply plays it without changing it, right? So do both left click AND right click change the pitch? If that's the case, then this is a bug, but otherwise this sounds like Works as Intended.
I think that's works as intended, as attempting to break it produces the sound its at without tuning it
I don't see how it playing sound while only breaking it is similar to producing sound while just left clicking. i've never seen anyone on java use left click to play or tune the noteblock, only right clicking

I have no source, but I suppose that it works as intended. When you begin to break the music block, he makes a sound once (this also match to Java edition).
It is also not the problem of a new touch control.
