[MCPE-163537] Can't scroll down and have to press 2 times one GUI

In Minecraft (for some iOS devices) You can't scroll down you can't press and the gui and scroll down you have to use the scroll wheel And you haven't to click the GUI/UI 2 times instead of once you register the click which is annoying please fix this as fast as possible! You got this mojang! I'm not sure if this happens to android But it's only on touch screen probably

Do you have Text To Speech enabled in Settings > Accessibility? If so, does disabling it fix the issue?
