Issue : New Touch Control will appear when riding a boat when not enabling the new touch control
Reproduce issues :
1.Use the normal control
2.Ride a boat or chest boat
3.Reproduce issue
Suppose to be : New Touch Control will not appear when riding a boat when not enabling the new touch control
