To Reproduce:
Open Minecraft 1.19.40 on an iOS device.
Go into a world, and enter the crafting menu, using the Classic UI and Classic touch controls.
Select any recipe and craft.
Expected Results:
Depending on what action is done, many different things can be expected. If the end product box is tapped once, this should create one of the desired object instantly. If tapped twice, it should create two, tapped three times, it should create three, and so on. If tapped and held, one of the desired crafting recipe should be created instantly, a short hesitation should occur, and then a stack of the final product should be created rapidly. (This is exactly how 1.19.30 crafting behaved, and as there was no mention to a change being made in the patch notes, this should be what occurs in 1.19.40.)
Actual Results:
Compare each of these to their respective expected counterpart. When tapped once, there is a strange pause before the object is crafted. When tapped twice, inexplicably, an entire stack of the final product is crafted. Tapped and held, the objects slowly are made one-by-one, having an odd stutter between each crafting.

I have all the items needed to craft a stonecutter. However, the crafting table refuses to let me craft it. Also, cannot switch from items to all, the switch worked once, now refuses to move. I am playing on iOS 15.6.1 and I just updated Minecraft to 1.19.40.
