[MCPE-16390] Hand in Windows 10 Edition

I can see a couple of pixels overlaying the texture of the hand.

The second image shows for the most part however with the steve skin.

EDIT: My GPU settings were setup incorrectly... I had to tweak some but it now works great 😃
