When i open minecraft in my phone, the whole sign up thing resets

So lets say i closed my mcpe, then few hours later i open it, then the whole sign up thing resets, so i have to sign in again, do the usual stuff, ive basically memorized my settings at this point, it started to happen when caves and cliffs update launched, i already reinstalled my mcpe thrice, didnt helped. Actually, when caves and cliffs launched, the option for moving files then restarting ur minecraft was also repeating again and again, so after a month, ive decided to remove the mc file in my storage, games->com.mojang, that was the file i removed, then after i removed the file, the whole "start moving files" option was gone, but thats when the sign in loop started, i thought it was just a bug, so reinstalled mcpe, still there, it still resets everytime i open minecraft until now, im still stuck with it. Im not sure if the sign in loop started when i removed the com.nojang file in my storage, NOT the one in android->obb, only in my storage thing. Oh and my settings also resets.
