I think it started in 1.11 but I want the water texture before Update Aquatic. Please fix this.

Does MCPE-138121 describe your issue?
If not, please state specifically what is wrong with the texture (not just that is incorrect). It is not not obvious which of the two attached images is the one you believe is correct.

No, it's acually that the classic texture pack (from marketplace) uses the water texture from Update Aquatic. Since its a "classic" texture pack, it should have the old water texture. (The other image isn't actually light blue) (You can just fix it with to the classic texture pack)
The Classic Texture Pack is only supposed to change the textures back to how they were before the Texture Update. Update Aquatic was released before the Texture Update, so the water texture is correct.
But the water texture has never changed from the update aquatic, the color has only changed from blue to grayscale to be able to have a unique hex color for each biome. If you expected the water to have the same blue color for each biome, it seems like either Works as Intended or Invalid/Feature request.
The problem is that like i stated, the flowing water texture on bedrock edition has a jittery look as per MCPE-138121.
This appears to be a duplicate of MCPE-138121. Classic texture pack is not the problem.
