Still can’t play on my main account where I purchased Minecraft and all my add ons. No button on my controller works, I’ve done so much to try to resolve this but it still refuses to work. This is my third time creating this same issue but it keeps getting put as resolved. This has been going on well over a month now and I just want to play the game that I purchased.
Please do not create duplicates of your own reports (MCPE-163023).
If an issue is Resolved, look at the Resolution to see how it was resolved. If it says Duplicate that means that the same issue is already being tracked. Creating additional duplicate reports does not help to get the main issue fixed.

If you have new information about the original issue (in this case, controller buttons not responding), you can comment on the main report. If you have a different issue (you mentioned add-ons), you can create a new report specific to that issue. Please only describe a single issue in each bug report. Be sure to search for existing reports of any new issue so that it does not also get resolved as a duplicate.
