I was checking the bedrock marketplace, and decided to buy the Sonic package, but when I clicked to download the download it stopped at 0%, I tried to cancel it to see if I had another download pending, but it didn't let me, so I restart Minecraft Bedrock and the Launcher, but nothing had been solved, although I also realized that other files from the marketplace that I own were downloading, but they did not advance from 0%

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-54531, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
You might like to try clearing the Marketplace cache to see if that helps:
Navigate to Settings > Storage
Press the Clear Marketplace Cache button at the top
Exit Minecraft and restart your device
